Natasha Hernandez, Psychologist
About me
I am a licensed psychologist in Texas with six years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem, motivation, and depression. I also specialize in guiding clients through major life transitions, providing support as they adapt to change and rediscover their strengths.
My journey in psychology has taken me across diverse settings—from working in integrated medical teams in hospitals to supporting students, families, and individuals in clinical and community environments. Through my work in behavioral health, family medicine, oncology, palliative care, and academic settings, I have developed a deep appreciation for the connection between mental and physical well-being. My experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including bariatric evaluations and academic accommodations, has further reinforced my holistic approach to care.
I believe that therapy is not about "fixing" but about empowering you to reconnect with your strengths and take steps toward the life you want. You are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering compassion, insight, and evidence-based strategies to support your growth. Taking the first step toward healing and self-discovery is courageous, and I am here to provide a safe and supportive space as you embark on this journey.
