Natasha is an amazing therapist! I honestly could not recommend her more! She’s professional and makes you feel extremely heard and understood! She keeps track of what we have spoken about so I don’t feel the need to have to repeat things we have spoken about before and she’s honestly amazing! I really don’t even know how to put into words how much I would recommend her! ❤️

My first time doing therapy and Natasha has already helped so much to navigate my headspace.
She has always been there to answer all my questions. At times just my blubbering monologue. But she is a great listener and has some really great perspectives.
Would highly recommend her!

In my opinion, Natasha Hinds is a very good therapist. She has helped me to see my issues in a different light. She asks the right questions and doesn't shy away from challenging my views. In addition, I felt like Natasha adapted the sessions and her approach to my needs. I felt very comfortable during our sessions and well taken care of. I was often surprised at how attentive and observant she was regarding my body language, although you never see a person completely through the camera lens. She was able to read me and see things I wasn't aware of. So, I really felt seen by Natasha and was able to trust her with things I had never told anyone before. Overall, my sessions with her were revealing, eye-opening and overall, healing. I highly recommend her as a therapist!

I’m on my third session with Natasha at the moment and really feel like she has helped me have some lightbulb moments when thinking about what it is that’s making me unhappy and suffer some anxiety. Natasha always reads my mood very well when it comes to responding to messages and has lead the sessions we’ve had in accordance with said mood. I feel like the support I’ve received from Natasha over the last 3 weeks has been incredible and I feel comfortable opening up and sharing thoughts and feelings that I’ve never spoken to anyone about before.

She makes me feel important.
She gives me great guidance and reminds me of God's word.
She speaks sense.
She helps me in my relationships and teaches me that it's ok to put my needs first.
She takes away my thoughts of shame and guilt.
It feels likes she's for me and never against me.
She gently guides me without telling me off.

Natasha Hinds has been a God sent. She actively listens and gives me a different perspective into what I am going through. She is helping to restore my confidence. She sends me bible verses and thoughts of the day, whenever I write she responds.
