Hello!
My name is Natasha, and I am a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) in the UK in the Liverpool region. I fully appreciate the courage, it takes to reach out for help with personal matters in exploring your difficulties within a confidential setting. It would be my privilege to explore your feelings and associating behaviours, that have presented as you navigate through life's challenges.

I have experience working with adults and young people struggling with various issues such as depression, anxiety, obsessions/compulsions, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, mania, hoarding, and dissociation related to traumatic events, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement etc. I have worked with people of various backgrounds, sexual orientations, genders, religions, and cultures. I am passionate therapist, who cares about what is difficult in your life and would appreciate the opportunity to help you work through your vulnerabilities, towards finding relief and living a more fulfilled life.

My counselling style is warm, attentive and non-judgmental. I work from a number of modalities/ perspective tailored towards the individual need of the client, I understand how past and current stressors can affect responses to stressful situations. I also utilize cognitive therapy which is a way to discover how thoughts affect feelings and behaviours in exploring unhelpful coping strategies the present as a result of your experiences. I have experience working with those struggling with past trauma and abuse and also work with trauma using EMDR approach.
