Natasha has been so helpful in realistic, grounded, and applicable support. She asks good questions and helps me explore how I really feel. I feel able to have open and honest conversation about my challenges and I feel like she listens to understand. I feel comfortable problem solving with her and feel like there is space to healthily challenge or realign viewpoints in the space between us. I appreciate her easeful yet confident but not overbearing approach. I feel like she is able to hold me accountable and help maintain realistic expectations, which are both so very helpful.
