Wow!
I started my journey of recovering from Depression and Anxiety of the loss of my father with Nathan first via phone call, he was empathic, allowed me to express myself in a way I hadn't been able to with anyone. Encouraged me and assured me what I felt was from a place that I wouldn't have figured out without his guidance, in from this take away of Week 1 of counseling, I have had a NIGHT and DAY experience, I am doing better at work, in the gym, in my family time, in my heart, mind and soul and spirit. I felt a massive shift and began sharing my testimony and fathers legacy in the form of Encouragement and Empowerment to my family, friends and church.
I have had a milestone experience here and plan to stay to grow more and would encourage all to try!
Thank you Nathan Kortu and BetterHelp
