Navauda Miller, LPC
About me
Hi and thank you for visiting my page! It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change and I applaud you for this step!
My name is Navauda Miller. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health and addiction settings. I have helped many clients work through depression, anxiety, addiction, substance use and trauma.
I have 7 years of experience in the counseling field and 4 additional years of experience working in behavior and education settings, It is paramount to me that my clients feel understood as well as heard and that our connection is based on trust, positive regard, and authenticity. The best explanation of what counseling does is to hold a mirror up and help you see your true self and your innate value regardless of the struggles and events you’ve experienced in your life.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapy. I will also accommodate your specific needs, “meeting you where you are at” while encouraging you to be the best you. I am here to support and empower you and to help you move through whatever changes you are looking to make.
I firmly believe that counseling is a team effort with both of us on an equal footing working towards your goals. I believe in giving and receiving honest feedback and taking a holistic point of view. I believe in the Mind-Body-Spirit connection and assessing problems from all points of view for best results.
I look forward to working with you!

Navauda has been a huge support to me since beginning Pride Counseling about a month ago. She asks really thoughtful questions, helps me set goals, and is so attentive during our sessions. I have felt very safe and seen and am incredibly grateful to be connected with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking support or services for their own mental health journey.

Navauda is very understanding and she has such positive perspective. She has helped me grow and always motivated me. We both have different timezones but she was always available for me. I am so happy that I got a chance to connect with her and had positive shift in my experiences

Navauda is an excellent listener - we've had a few short sessions together and she allows me to be vulnerable in way I can't in front of my friends and family. A third-party, and professional perspective helps me put things together and some poignant questions helps guide me in the right direction.
