About me
Life happens and it is so easy to keep going without slowing down enough to address your experience, especially when it is difficult. Your experience matters. Your child's experience matters. Your family's experience matters. Every single person deserves a space to feel heard and understood. I desire to help others (children, families, and adults), seek their resolution, whatever that might look like. Addressing difficult experiences, talking about emotions, and pursuing change can be scary. I am ready to walk alongside you in that journey.
I have 5 years of experience working with kids from the ages 6-18, assisting with parenting tools, the family system and providing individual therapy for adults. I strive to use a Trauma-Focused approach, Attachment-Focused Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I remain client-centered in every aspect of what I do.

My therapist genuinely cares about my mental health and well being. And if she doesn’t really, she does a great job of faking it! She provides me with tools and resources, asks questions that provide different pathways or ideas, and listens, which helps me to get out of my head and verbalize my thoughts. I’m so grateful for my therapist and for BetterHelp for hosting my betterment of well-being!
