Neil Rios, LMFT
About me
I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional experience working in mental health. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & executive coaching, amongst other things.
I believe that therapy should be a positive experience, but that doesn't mean that it will be easy. In order to make improvements in your life through therapy, you will have to work hard, consider new perspectives, and be willing to work through your fears and apprehensions. While I expect clients to work hard, I also believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It's a challenge to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and to to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to engage yourself in the process of therapy and trust that change is possible, then I'm ready to help you find your way.
