About me

Hey there! My name is Nicholas Pantages and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri. I have been practicing in the field for seven years, working with individuals who are overcoming depression, anxiety, stress, loss, and severe mental illness. My specialty areas primarily focus on mood disorders, aging, and managing life changes and interpersonal relationships. Therapeutic modalities I rely on heavily include Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing as well.

I'm passionate about working as a team and building off of your strengths to identify paths that can be taken to attain new goals, confront concerns head-on, and radically accept what is out of our control. I think the most important aspects of therapy focus around developing rapport with the individuals I see and supporting them on their journey forward in life.

This is never easy and change takes time. Let's collaborate to address your obstacles, taking steps in the right direction to learn from experience and create a more satisfying sense of self and the potential for a more enjoyable tomorrow!

Having a safe place is a world of difference in this journey. I’m so grateful and lucky to call Nicholas my therapist that he was able to provide that for me from the beginning.

Nick is so great! He has helped me through so many things, is never defensive, is always professional, calm, collected, and has helpful feedback. A treat of a therapist.

I was always apprehensive about therapy. I thought it was a great idea for everyone else, but didn't think that it would benefit me. After hitting a low spot in life, I signed up, have been working with Nicholas for over a month now, and I can say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Nicholas is a great listener and gives meaningful advice. He is capable of hearing me talk in circles and piecing out & expanding on the most important points. He's compassionate, calm, and collected. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a caring person to help you through a tough time.

From day one I felt confident in Nicholas’s ability to help guide me to living a fuller life. It is great that I can message him and he will respond within 24 hours or less. He has been flexible around my hectic schedule and I am grateful for the support he has been giving me. We have only been touching the tip of the iceberg but even so I am being able to cross over my business and personal coaching to make the small steps toward living a more fulfilled and happier life.
