Working with Nicola has been brilliant. She’s insightful, not afraid to hold the mirror up to you, and focuses on your issues with compassion. There is no doubt that without Nicola, I would not have recovered from my breakdown in such a way. She’s my new hero.

I was so happy with Nicola as my therapist. She is such a kind and calm person and has been helping me a lot through the last few months. We had some emotionally challenging sessions, as well as some lighter ones, where we could laugh about things. We always adjusted the sessions according to what I needed that day. I would highly recommend her.

Nicola is very good at listening, and her suggestions so far have been right on the mark. Still early days for me on this journey, but so far extremely happy with my progress, which is down to Nicola
