After my first session with Nicola I feel safe, encouraged and determined to do something good for myself and start to get myself better. Nicola provided a welcoming and protected environment for me to be vulnerable without judgment or pressure. Thank you, Nicola.

Nicola has supported me in navigating a really challenging relationship ending and by offering her expertise in several behavioural areas which I had little knowledge of before. I really don't think I could have come out the other side without her.

I have only had one session but I believe there was a rapid understanding of my issues and I was treated with kindness, understanding and empathy.

I’ve been working with Nicola for a little over a month and I couldn’t praise her high enough.
She has helped me so much in such a short amount of time and I only wish I’d found her sooner.
The sessions don’t feel like therapy, it feels like having a chat with your best friend… but one who is highly qualified & has a complete 3rd party non biased view.
There is no pressure, there is no expectation, and she takes it at your pace, making you feel relaxed and at ease even though some of the talking points are really difficult for me.
I almost don’t want to recommend her so she doesn’t fill up her bookings because she is that good.
Nicola is so amazing at keeping up with the convo, she remembers all the details & truly makes you feel in the safest of spaces to say anything with no judgement.
I wouldn’t have got to this point without her help & can’t thank her enough for helping, guiding and most importantly teaching me to deal with the situations that have happened and to look forward with such a positive outlook.
I’m extremely lucky to have found someone who is so dedicate to her clients, who offers such an incredible service and is reliable, relatable and an all round 10/10

I would recommend Nicola to anyone who's looking for a comforting, kind, warm, experienced and very patient person. Always available, nice and helpful.
Talking to her seems easy even when you think you can't. Ultimately she gives me hope.

Nicola is a wonderful therapist. She listens to whatever I share with full attention and no judgement. She brings a wealth of experience and understands my primary goals. She always gives her very best to offer whatever support I need. She is always good humoured and sympathetic. I asked her to challenge me, and she does, but is always respectful.
I started working with Nicole to address a specific problem I was facing and she has really helped me to unpack everything, set goals and build a healthy structure to navigate my way through. She has a very kind and generous nature and always goes the extra mile to help to bring order and peace of mind.
Do yourself a favour and book Nicola.
