Nicola Wills, BACP
About me
I am a qualified therapist with experience supporting people to work through and manage mild to moderate mental health concerns. I work with adults over 18 in the UK only. I have both lived and clinical experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns, including stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, self esteem, and confidence.
I am trained as an Integrative Therapist, this means I am trained to work in a way that encompasses many methods and theories, the only important one is what is working at the time for you. This flexibility is useful when clients feel stuck or if they have had counselling before but it didn’t help and they don’t know why. I see part of our work together is finding out what works for you and exploring what that unlocks for each client.
I also see that most clients come to therapy because a change is needed – something isn’t right or something is missing from their life and it’s at a point where its not sustainable anymore. To this end, I approach our sessions with curiosity and challenge, so that we can understand what it is that can change and what are the steps that need to be take to get there. I also believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. One we uncover those steps, taking them takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

She is incredibly helpful, she listens and doesn’t judge. I feel happy to open up to her.
