Nicole Allen, LCSW
About me
I am an LCSW and I work with young-adult clients, aged 18-35 years old. This is a very unique period of life, when one is solidifying their identity and trying to forge a path into their future. Life goals often include establishing a meaningful relationship, career, friendships, passions, hobbies and overall wellness. I love to help young adult clients understand how their past can contribute to challenges, but also how they can move forward in their life and use their experiences to find purpose. I empower clients with skill-building, such as re-framing, gratitude and self-care so they can live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Nicole Allen. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Nicole has been not only insightful but also incredibly relatable. I feel like what I say matters, and that she truly does her best to make me comfortable with my most uncomfortable memories and moments in my life that were pivotal in making me who I am today. She has made me begin to realize that I’m not just some broken person, but rather a person who just needs to build herself up into who I know that I can be. She reminds me not to be so apologetic about just existing, and that I deserve to be here, just as much as anyone else. That the space I occupy isn’t just space. I’ve only had a few short weeks with Nicole, but I’m happy to have finally found a therapist that adapts with me so that I can begin to heal from so many buried moments in my life, something that I’ve never had in all 28 years of my life. I’m so grateful to have the tools and knowledge that she has begun to teach me, something I’ll be able to keep and hold onto for the rest of my life.
