Nicole Bowker, LCSW
About me
Hi, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, committed to helping individuals embark on their healing journey. Therapy is a personal and sometimes intimidating process, which is why I'm dedicated to creating a safe and authentic therapeutic space for you to explore and define your authentic self.
I view therapy through a holistic lens, incorporating evidence-based modalities that address the mind, body, and soul. I believe in the interconnectedness of our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. It's through this wholistic approach that we can work together to achieve profound transformation and growth. In our sessions I will work through a trauma informed lense and encorporate elements of Internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness based therapy and somatics.
Our therapeutic journey begins with mutual goal setting. We will create a roadmap that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations. This collaborative approach ensures that our sessions are tailored to you, and we work together in creating a safe and therapeutic relationship.I'm excited to be a part of your journey towards self-discovery, growth, and authentic living. Your well-being is my top priority, and I look forward to helping you reach your therapeutic goals.
