Nicole Codagnone, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Pennsylvania. I graduated from West Chester University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2013, and shortly
thereafter, received my LSW. I attained my LCSW most recently, in 2021. During the last 13 years, I have been working with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with mental health and behavioral health disorders in a variety of settings, including community mental health, outpatient therapy and the school and home settings. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. My treatment modality focuses on a trauma informed, strength-based perspective and integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as play therapy techniques. My work focuses on the importance of building rapport with clients, in order to establish a solid therapeutic relationship and safe space for delving into the work. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy exercising, baking, and spending time with my family.

I am so glad I found Nicole during a very difficult time in my life. I am going through a divorce, and Nicole has provided me with valuable tools and resources for communication, especially during times of high stress and emotional triggers. With her help, I’ve learned to implement a healthier communication style during critical conversations. It’s a practice, and I am continuously improving, leading to better outcomes.
Thanks Nicole!

Nicole has been so helpful. She makes me feel comfortable and I feel as though I can tell her anything without judgement. She offered really great advice and gave me multiple ways to cope with my anxiety and stress. If I was to return to therapy, I would without a doubt go back to Nicole!
