About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. As a therapist I believe that every client has the power within them to change their lives and achieve their goals. I utilize several interventions that will help you on your journey and assist you in achieving your goals.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in individual, group and family therapy. I have a passion for working with all age groups and many minority groups including race, sexual orientation, and gender identity. My clinical areas of expertise include but are not limited to; Substance Abuse/Addiction, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Marriage/Couples issues, PTSD, Sexual Abuse and Self-Esteem/Confidence issues. My educational background consists of a Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania. I have spent over 15 years counseling in various settings that include schools, homes and outpatient office settings.
