My name is Nicole (she/her) and I work as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington state. I work to hold space for others in their development of mental wellness and self-discovery.
I believe therapy should be strength-based and dynamic, to identify negative thinking and create new empowering narratives for healing. My method of treatment pulls from various evidence-based practices to help adults impacted by eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity crisis. I have earned my Masters in Community Counseling from Seattle University and am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am here to help guide your self-reflection to establish a healthy relationship with mind and body. Our work together will be a collaboration, and I strive to be conscious of cultural and spiritual values and adapt therapy to best fit each unique individual.
Some interests that have been key to my wellness are enjoying the outdoors, painting, traveling, dance studios, and nurturing relationships with family and friends. I hope to empower you in incorporating self care practices as well, and will encourage self compassion exercises in our sessions. (The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook: A Proven Way to Accept Yourself, Build Inner Strength, and Thrive by Kristin Neff).
The path to recovery may feel isolating and daunting; by seeking out help I applaud you for taking the first step. I look forward being a part of your journey working towards your healing and peace.

I just ended my fifth session with Nicole, and I have already been given numerous realizations and growth opportunities. She has this amazing ability to provide you a safe space to work through your experiences and emotions while also giving you these beautiful observations that give you those "light bulb" moments. I cannot recommend her enough!

My time with Nicole has been invaluable. I am grateful that she is the first therapist I have had. It made me reluctance to therapy much better. She has been a vital resource to help me think through and process many life changes. Time with her has made me wish that I started therapy much sooner!

I am so grateful for Nicole.
When we awarded a year ago I could barely function or make it through the day because I was struggling with very frequent and severe panic attacks and depression symptoms due to C-PTSD.
Now I am here a year later, with only the occasional anxiety attack, establishing healthy boundaries in my new and existing relationships, and actually feeling hope for the future.
Nicole has been supportive, flexible, and has truly gone above and beyond in her support.
I am SO lucky I was matched with her!!!

My therapist is fantastic; I do hope you all aren’t really assessing your therapists with a lax 1-10 scale? That scares me like online therapy shouldn’t.

I love better help and love Nicole! I began session because I needed a way to help myself learn how to listen to myself and give myself permission to have my own feelings. I really enjoy the space and timing of the sessions and hope you find what you’re looking for.

Nicole is a wonderful counselor. She actively listens with a sympathetic ear and non-judgmental mind. She offers guidance, tools and support that are in line with my needs and goals. She’s not afraid to challenge my perspective of a situation when necessary, but does so in a kind and caring way. It is easy to see that she is passionate about her profession and honestly cares about partnering with clients to help them overcome struggles and improve their lives. She is helping me become the most authentic version of myself. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking counseling.

She is very polite and understands what I'm saying, although I requested another language since my English is not fluent in expressing my feelings. But Nicole completely understood me and my feelings, and it was beneficial for me to overcome my issues.

I absolutely love working with Nicole! She’s one of the most compassionate people I have ever came across in my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with her. I am making so much progress in my life and this year is definitely ending on a good note for me!
Talking with her is like talking with a loving friend, who’s there for me, who’s going to support and encourage me with compassion, patience and understanding.
