Nicole has continued to be such an immense help in my life. She brings such a life and a positivity to our weekly meetings and never ceases to shock me with the amount of knowledge she has. Nicole has been more than a therapist; in other words she became my advocate and my biggest fan. She will always remind you of how to look after YOU first!

This was my second therapy experience in which the first was not so beneficial. Nicole did a great job getting to know me, understand the sources of stess in my life, and focusing me to live a happier life after a tough breakup. She changed my opinion on therapy and was able to give me a different perspective and up front opinions on ways I could improve and deal with stress.

Nicole is easy to talk to, makes herself available by text and is quick to respond. She remembers what I want to talk about and makes it feel personable even through a screen

Nicole is very knowledgeable in her practice. She consistently offers real time, constructive feedback and worksheets that are helpful in trying to problem solve a particular issue. She is thoughtful in her interactions with me and I feel that she works hard to understand the things that I am working through. She is attentive, and pays attention to detail, remembering names of family members we have spoken about etc. She clearly not only ‘knows her stuff’ but she cares for her clients.

Nicole is great! I’ve had multiple therapist in my lifetime- and I genuinely appreciate Nicole’s ability to truly engage and remember even the smallest details! Not to
Mention, the resources and feedback she gives me throughout our sessions- they’re very helpful!

This is my first therapy experience, so I have nothing to compare it to, but Nicole is great. Very easy to talk with, supportive, encourages communication via whichever way is convenient.
