I have over 12 years of experience working with a diverse population with various issues ranging from Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, Grief and Loss, and Family Therapy.
I am well versed in DBT, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care, but I choose to use a Holistic Approach to therapy. I believe in building a connection with my clients and tailoring treatment to fit their individual needs. I am empathetic, non-judgmental, and warm; I am honest and believe honesty is the pillar of building a great therapeutic relationship.
