About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have been working in the field of behavioral health since 2011 and specifically as a counselor since 2014. I've worked with clients of all ages who are facing challenges in their lives.
My experience and education can assist unique assist you in managing your life transitions, work or school stress. My education also includes a Ph.D. in Adult, Professional, and Community Education. I'll combine both therapeutic and personal development strategies to assist you in learning how to handle conflict and communicate effectively to reduce stress and live a life with more peace and joy.
Life transitions are stressful and can bring up past trauma, behaviors, or issues; therapy can help you resolve those current and past issues so you can be able to move forward in your career and life goals.
