Thank goodness for Norma. Down to earth. Straight forward. Full of tidbits that relate to daily life. "Walk away." Yup. "You know you can walk away." This pertained to a specific person and event and was perfect - common sense and humor. There's more, this is just the one that my brain and body loved. So simple. Gentle reminders. Highly recommend Ms. Norma.
