Hello! I’m Dr. Oceana Free, a licensed therapist in California currently providing therapy to adult individuals. I have 25 years of professional experience serving clients in the mental health field & have an LMFT in marriage & family therapy & PhD in metaphysical counseling. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, addiction & loneliness. I offer eclectic, psychodynamic, existential & mindfulness therapy. I also offer faith-based & spiritual therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity & compassion. Each person is unique & has unique challenges.
