Orlando Quinones Caraballo, LPC
About me
From a young age, my passion has been simple: people. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy combining my passion and skill set to provide virtual therapeutic services to clients throughout Texas. Through my experiences in settings such as hospitals, community mental health, and non-profits, I have developed the tools necessary to meet clients where they are in their own, individual journeys and uncover their unique traits necessary to navigate individual circumstances. I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, anger management & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Furthermore, I work with adolescents, adults, and groups. I believe rapport is vital to the therapeutic process and I strive to create an environment to provide this. I believe in helping people overcome life's struggles by focusing on each person's individual needs, and meeting people where they are at. I use a variety of specific therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, rational emotive therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, and art therapy techniques, with individuals on a multitude of issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems.
However, as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) through Evergreen, I am particularly passionate about working with clients ages 14 and up that are coping with depression, anxiety, panic disorders, social anxiety, OCD, and phobias. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help empower my clients to utilize their innate strengths. I hope to provide a safe space to navigate the mysteries and beauties of life.
I hope by gaining an understanding of the connection between your mind, body, and soul you can take the steps you feel are necessary for personal growth. If you feel I am a good fit to work alongside you in your courageous journey, I look forward to hearing from you.

In my two sessions with my therapist, he has already started helping me tremendously. The fact that I have that support at my fingertips and someone checking in on me (and understands my circumstances) is making feel better and like myself again after a long time. Looking forward to my healing journey.
