My name is Pamela and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University. I continued my education going on to earn a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have several years of experience in supporting clients that struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma as a result of physical and sexual abuse. I have work adolescences and adults. I embrace evidence-based modalities that include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I would like to assist in creating first steps towards goals and implementing strides to achieve them.
Through my work, I have aided many in making the most of their therapeutic experience and have helped them prepare for brighter futures. I create a supportive therapeutic environment that assists clients as they pursue their greatest potential. I am a committed and determined advocate for clients. I believe everyone can find a path to their personal success. In my free time, I enjoy creating fun and memorable experiences with family and friends.
