I came to Betterhelp at a time of desperation. I was struggling with suicidal thoughts and issues with the mother of my child. Ms. Heyman provided me the space to shift my perspective in the right ways in order for me to be a more confident father and by extension a more stable human being. 10 out of 10 would recommend
