Only two sessions in, and Pamela has already given me tools to start working through the areas I’ve been struggling with. As long as you're willing to be open and honest with yourself, she’ll meet you with insight and real strategies you can actually use to move forward. Highly recommend working with her!

I absolutely adore my time with Pamela. I've been seeing her for 3 years now and I know that I have grown so much as a person through my personal therapy with her! I always appreciate my safe space with her.

After only two sessions with Pamela I am feeling so much better. Pamela has a way of putting things into perspective in such a logical way that makes speaking with her comfortable and effortless. She's to the point in such a kind way, never making me feel like my feelings aren't important or disregarded. Pamelas questions make me think deeper into the subject we are speaking about and by the end of our session I feel relieved and like there is a real opportunity to improve on myself.

So far it has been a very positive and helpful experience. I like that we always have action steps that come from our dialogue.
