Pamela Walker, LMSW
About me
I want my clients to live their best life. I want them to be whole spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. That's why I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work and for 40 years studied and mastered the concepts of the mind-body connection. I have been a Master Social Work Professional for over 30 years.
I believe nothing that happens to us occurs in a vacuum. What manifests in our lives resulted from sustained thought and emotion then became physical and behavioral. Resolve the thoughts and emotions, change the behavior. Teaming with and standing for my clients through the therapeutic process, we decide together where to start and where to end, marking milestones along the way.
To enhance the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I whole-heartedly endorse the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping. It is a simple, energy-balancing technique endorsed by the American Psychological Association. Tapping makes change easier. My clients rediscover humor, fun, inner strength, confidence and self worth. You ready?

Mrs. Pamela is an amazing person. The first very time we talked she left me with hope where by the rest of the days left me in hope. I can’t wait to talk to her again

I love Pam. This is my first experience with therapy and I could not have found anyone better to connect with. She understands people and issues at whatever level you are at. I look forward to our next session.

Pam Walker is my North Star. Care and compassion are interwoven with perspective and intelligence. I constantly, when anxious, log it for later, knowing I will bring it to her and we will then navigate. I call them WalkerBombs, but sometimes her nuances of insight stay with me for days and help with emotional management. She’s the best.
