About me

I want my clients to live their best life. I want them to be whole spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. That's why I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work and for 40 years studied and mastered the concepts of the mind-body connection. I have been a Master Social Work Professional for over 30 years.

I believe nothing that happens to us occurs in a vacuum. What manifests in our lives resulted from sustained thought and emotion then became physical and behavioral. Resolve the thoughts and emotions, change the behavior. Teaming with and standing for my clients through the therapeutic process, we decide together where to start and where to end, marking milestones along the way.

To enhance the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I whole-heartedly endorse the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping. It is a simple, energy-balancing technique endorsed by the American Psychological Association. Tapping makes change easier. My clients rediscover humor, fun, inner strength, confidence and self worth. You ready?

I have had three sessions with Pam so far and I find her so easy to talk to. She has given me solid insight so far as well as tools to use when we’re not in session. She is incredibly positive and bubbly as well and that puts me in an even better mood when we talk. I would recommend Pam to anyone!!

Pam is an incredibly gifted therapist who knows how to get to the route of any issue in a timely and very kind manner. She lightens the load. It’s reassuring that I can stop and start therapy with Pam as I need it. She has worked wonders for myself and my family.
