About me

I hold an LPC-S license from Texas. It means a Licensed Professional Counselor/Supervisor. I have worked with people for over 20 years in several settings like a community counseling center, a residential program, intensive outpatient clinic, correctional/probation, and a mental health clinic. Some of the topics I have encountered while working with people have been anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger, addiction, grief, loss, trauma, relationship and communication issues to just name a few. Having lived abroad in several countries I feel vey comfortable with various cultures and I have worked with people from various backgrounds and socio economic status. My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and client centered.

My therapy style is honest, empathic, curious, direct and non-judgmental. It is difficult for some to take that first step to seek help and it is encouraging that people do! I am here to help you on your journey of self discovery, meet you where you are at and work together to get you to where you want to be.

I look forward to working with you.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Patricia Boyle. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have been to a number of therapists in the last 15 years. I have left after several sessions not wanting to share or discuss things in my life. Patricia has been great to talk to and share with and after a couple of months I actually feel better and look forward to discussing things in my life. She always finds a way to help me address things that complicate my thought process.

Patricia asks the right questions to really help me be independent and come to my own self realizations. I've grown so much in taking her advice not only for my mental health but in my day-to-day life. She is truly amazing!
