Hello. I applaud you for taking this first step. I am licensed in Louisiana with 30 years of professional work experience. What is unique about me? I have a holistic and strengths-based approach to therapy: Mind, Body and Soul. Not only am I a licensed clinical social worker with my doctorate in clinical practice, but I am a Registered Nurse. With positive support, I consider your physical, emotional and social well-being. I have experience in helping clients through all stages of life: teens, college students, young adults, parents, and older adults. My area of focus is with relationship issues, family conflict, eating/body image issues, academic/college/career counseling, parenting difficulties, compassion fatigue (with work burn-out or caring for a loved one) & executive/professional coaching. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We will work together on a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. We will also monitor and measure your progress toward positive outcomes. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
