About me
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has worked with men and women of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I especially enjoy working with developmentally disabled and senior populations. My areas of experience include treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, addictions, life transitions, and the management of personality disorders. Some of my therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe in developing a team to work together in treating the whole person. In my free time, I like to spend time with my dog Lilly and live with/care for my mom who has dementia.
