Patricia has been very insightful, if you’re looking into therapy it’s not as scary as you think. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to without judgement from real life.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety for much of my life and, as a result, have had several therapists. Patricia is heads above any of them in the fact that she is fully present and able to pull from a vast array of resources that come to her mind instantly and have a direct and meaningful bearing on the specific struggle or topic that we are discussing. After each session, she takes the time to write a follow-up that serves as a summary, additional support, ideas and suggestions for reading or building coping skills. I print out and use these summaries until our next session. I've never experienced any therapist with this level of dedication, skill, and connection. She is exceptional and I am grateful.
