About me

Hello, I’m Patricia, a psychologist and psychotherapist. I graduated in Psychology in 2015 and completed my Master’s degree in the same field in 2017, both in Brazil. I am currently based in England and offer individual psychotherapy in both Portuguese and English.

My practice is grounded in Jungian Psychology. In our sessions, I work through reflections and attentive listening to help deepen awareness of emotions, feelings, and patterns that often emerge unconsciously. Welcoming the symbolic aspects of experience supports the process of individuation and reconnection with oneself.

I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting, family dynamics, life-long trauma, as well as matters related to immigration and navigating to different cultural contexts.

As a native Portuguese speaker, I'm delighted to work with people who communicate in Portuguese.

Patricia is an amazing therapist. Her expertise and support have helped me through crisis moments, but she also able to guide me through deeper questions and we have been able to work through them in a very sensitive way. She is extremely aware of my own pace for therapy, and also pushes me at the right moments. It has been an amazing journey to go through with her, and the positive impact I have in my daily life. Grateful to have connected with the her and looking forward to continuing the process together.
