I am a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
