Patrick does a great job of listening to my concerns and providing constructive feedback, as well as challenging me to work on exercises independently.

I feel like he understands and listens to everything being said. I struggle with a few things in life that made me feel like there wasn’t a light at the end of the tunnel but since I have started therapy and attended these sessions I have noticed a difference in myself just from the few sessions we have had. He’s a great listener and help you better understand what you’re going through and helps better understand yourself.
