Paul is flexible in his approach and has many tools to support his clients a number of which I benefited from in his sessions. He has a way of asking pertinent questions that drill right down to the heart of the matter and is open to shifting an approach that may not be working for the client, in that moment to one that is better suited.

Paul is a phenomenal person that helps and when asked, challenges me to strive and to push for better. They ask questions and they show a perspective that is enlightening even to the most hear-broken ones. It's such a confidence-booster to know that I'm not crazy and Paul gives clarity in your life.

So far he's been quite patient with me and listening to the different tangents that converge on what's been troubling me. And it's easy to get his point and advice, too.

Paul is a perfect match for me. I was skeptical because it's been difficult to find the right therapist. I'm really impressed with how the betterhelp site matched me up with someone who checks all of the boxes. Paul's been great in helping me understand where I'm at and helping me get to where I want to be. My first session with him was very emotional for me - I was in crisis mode and Paul was well equipped to respond. He brought me back down to Earth and helped me to see things in the right perspective. Getting past the grief crisis I was in was instrumental in opening the door to work on the real underlying issues. Paul has a very friendly, no nonsense approach and he's very good at what he does. I couldn't be happier and frankly, I really don't know how I'd have gotten through the last couple of weeks without his support.

I am very happy to have Paul as my counselor. He is an excellent listener, suggests different approaches for guidance, whether a book, podcast and article or his own experiences. Whatever it may be, the guidances and tools are very helpful and sometime enjoyable (Interviews or podcasts). Paul is caring and kind and has a way about him that makes you want to tell him everything; without ever feeling judged. I actually look forward to our sessions, which I can say, I have never felt that way about therapy before.....So that's how I know I am well matched with this counselor. I feel fortunate to have connected with Paul. I think a lot about our discussions and can see my growth and progress in a few months time. I highly recommend Paul.
