One of the best therapists I’ve ever had. He really puts things into perspective in such an easy way to understand. Would 100 percent recommend.

While I was apprehensive about signing up for this service, I'm so glad I did because Paul is, without question, the best counsellor I could have hoped for. He feels like a friend who understands and is able to convey what I'm feeling even when I can't for myself. He also offers the most objective, simple but ridiculously effective advice that has been enabling me to work through my issues. Every session is a breakthrough and I couldn't do it without him!
