I’ve only had the pleasure of seeing Paula for about a month, but she has already helped me so much. She’s very easy to talk to and gives great advice. She gives you a different outlook on your situations and gives you great ideas on how to cope and get back into things you once loved. I had lost all hope until I talked to her, now I feel like I’m slowly starting to become myself again

Since our first session, Paul Fowler has been very understanding and easy to talk to. I have never felt judged or afraid to be vulnerable with her. She is very good at getting to the root cause of whatever you are going through and gives you resources along the way to help you explore different ideas about your pain to help you heal.
