I am licensed in Virginia and possess 25 years of professional work experience. My expertise is in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, overcome addictions, deal with trauma and abuse, and work on issues related to motivation, self-esteem, relationships, and interpersonal problems.
My approach centers on creating an open and safe environment where clients can comfortably share their thoughts and feelings without fearing judgment. Taking the first step towards a more fulfilling and happier life requires immense courage, and I am here to support you throughout the process.
Please note that my work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday at 10:00 am ( I will add two more slots on Saturday if needed).
