About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, working with people experiencing stress management, anxiety ,depression, trauma and relationship issues.. I am a compassionate, caring person and deeply concerned about every individual and their diverse needs. My goal is to help you improve your mental and physical health and thereby improving overall well-being. I have counseled adolescents and adults in agencies and schools for 15+ years. This included depression,, anxiety, alcohol and drug issues. In addition I have worked with adults and couples to improve relationships depression, communication, anger and life transitions. In the therapy realm I work to develop goals and objectives to help an individual to move toward change and to lead a more productive life. My therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rogerian, Mindfulness and Anger Management. It takes a lot of courage to sign up for therapy and I am here to help you in your journey.

I strongly suggest Penny if you are seeking help. Penny is very attentive, kind, patient and she has a great sense of humor. what I like about her is that she isn't just there to listen, but she also engages with the conversation, and provides other forms of communication as fit for you in case you are camera shy like me.
