Penny is a straight to point, detail oriented therapist who says it like it is. There is no fluff, but actual substance. She has a succinct way of focusing in on getting to the root of the issue, and manages to keep all the info in line to help organize thoughts and make progress. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling to understand their situation and make a change.
