Peter brings kindness, gentleness, understanding and insightful perspectives on personal matters. A true gem, Peter somehow manages to make even the most difficult situations feel manageable. His general approach lightens the load with his humour and bright energy and simultaneously offers true depth and wisdom. Peter is truly balanced and injected hope and support during some of my darkest moments. Highly recommended to anyone in need of non-judgmental listening ear and solid guidance and tools to work through personal issues.

Peter is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had the chance to talk with . He helps me explore myself and my past without feeling like we are just checking off boxes . He has been a tremendous help so far and look forward to continue working with Peter

It's really easy to talk and express myself in these sessions, I feel listened to in a way I haven't gotten from other therapists.

I have been working with Peter for several months now, and he is wonderful! He not only spends our sessions focusing on exactly what I want to discuss, but he also is quick to respond to my messages to help me throughout the week. I have a difficult time opening up and really connecting with a therapist, but with Peter, I really feel like I am valued and cared about!
