About me

I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field, and have worked with individuals experiencing a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, mood disorders, stress, relationship distress, and work related conflict among many other things that bring people into therapy.
I tend to have a more welcoming and relaxed approach to help allow you to feel more comfortable. I believe in person centered therapy as you are the most important part of the treatment. I also have experience with CBT, DBT and EMDR.

Peter is a supportive counselor who is attuned to my needs and provides individualized, thoughtful intervention when working with me. He allows me to speak freely about challenges I am experiencing and responds in a nonjudgmental, validating manner. I highly recommend working with him!
