I have experience in helping clients with anxiety and stress, depression, relationship issues, anger management, & career difficulties. I use an active integrative approach using mindfulness based cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-oriented therapy, and relationship therapy. We may explore interpersonal factors, faith-based beliefs, physiology, career concerns, family influences, thoughts, and feelings.
