I am grateful to have Phyllis as my therapist. Her calm and present demeanor provides a safe space for me to explore my inner self. She has been an exceptional guide, helping me discover my own personal solutions and fostering a sense of inner teamwork. With her support, I’ve learned to integrate the parts of myself that feel nervous or anxious, allowing me to cultivate a greater sense of self-worth and presence.
For this reason, I continue with her on a maintenance plan, utilizing unlimited texting and meeting monthly. I believe we all deserve someone to talk to who isn’t family but is a professional. Phyllis has been particularly instrumental in helping me cope with my brother's death by suicide, providing compassionate guidance during such a challenging time. Her insights have truly empowered me on my journey, and I appreciate her support immensely.

Phyllis has been SUCH a wonderful fit for my needs. She actively listens, positively redirects my thoughts, and navigates every conversation with so much kindness and intelligence about every situation I’ve thrown her way. She’s the sort of therapist that makes me go around telling everyone how wonderful therapy is haha!
I absolutely love talking with her, and recommend her expertise to anyone who needs the emotional support. I deal with a lot of anxiety surrounding past trauma, and within 5 sessions she’s really helped me see myself through a more positive lens. Thank you so much Phyllis!
