I am licensed in California with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, grief, LGBTQ2+ related issues, & anger management. I am a current member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and a current member of The World Association of Transgender Health. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage!
I work on Saturdays and Sundays so my days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Going into therapy is scary in itself. But Polly makes me feel comfortable to be able to share things that have hurt me or that are hurting without feeling bad about it. She listens and gives support completely and offering guidance and direction. This has been the best experience so far and I can’t wait to explore more.
