About me

I help clients with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, issues that come up for LGBTQ2+ people, anger management, and other challenges. I worked with students and professionals at the Saugus High School, Santa Clarita, student shooting in 2019.
I am a current member of the National Association of Social Workers (https//: www.socialworkers.org) and a current member of The World Association of Transgender Health (https://WPATH.org). I have the legally required (CA) certification in a BBS approved Telehealth Training course.
I have been in recovery from alcohol since July 6, 2006. I will never lose sight that I am not guaranteed sobriety tomorrow. I know 12 step groups, (AA, NA, EA, OA, and Adult Children of Alcoholics. (I recommend SMART meetings for all addictions).
I see clients in the afternoons, evenings (sessions start at 12:00,1:00,2:00,3:00, [not 4:00],5:00,6:00,7:00 and 8:00) and at the weekend on Saturdays and Sundays. My days off/ weekend is Wednesday and Thursday. I will not hold a session while the client is driving because of the possible danger and NASW ethics.
My space is an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage.

Polly is an amazing therapist. She is professional, kind, considerate, and very easy to talk to. I found myself talking about a variety of topics, thanks to Polly's way of seamlessly prompting questions, and reflecting on what the true crux of my problems were. Polly is nonjudgmental and has made me feel more open to being my genuine self.

Polly is very nice and listens and offers her opinion on the things I talk about. She always reassures me and encourages me that I’m doing the right things to take care of myself in a healthy way

Polly is understanding and will give you perspectives on a different level and a different output then you could potentially see in the onset of your issue or disagreement or situation that you’re dealing. Polly gives me activities that I can grow and learn and perspectively in depth look at myself in a different light or a different perspective that helps me grow and learn, and I appreciate everything that she has done for me and understood for me and does not give me any negative feedback but just constructive criticism to make me a better person and it’s not even constructive criticism. It’s just an empathetic type of persuasion way to make me understand in a different light and I love that about her. She is an amazing therapist, and I hope you guys keep her on. Always and forever cause she’s doing amazing.
