About me

About me:
I am a qualified therapist currently working online from South London. My service is client-focused and professional with a commitment to creating a warm, accepting and open environment. I offer one to one short and long-term counselling on a weekly basis and am well experienced in working successfully with a wide range of people. Everyone is different and there is no one approach that fits all so I draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs and the time we have.

What’s next?
Get in touch: You can contact me to arrange an initial consultation where we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and your hopes and goals for support. This is also intended to give you the opportunity to decide whether you want to commit to sessions, and if so, whether I am the right therapist for you!

Deciding: Whether it is your first experience of therapy or if it is something you have done before, finding someone you can connect with is a key part of the process. If you decide I am not the right person for you, then I will do my best to consult with you and help advise you in the right direction.

I am trained in adapting therapy to feel more accessible for those with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. If this is something which applies to you, please get in touch and I will be happy to discuss necessary adjustments for your individual needs and preferences.

Training, qualifications & experience:
- MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy
- Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Learning Difficulties
- BSc (Hons) in Psychology
- Certificates in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialetical-Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I have a wide range of experience working with adults and young people in educational, community and NHS settings. I currently run a private practice in addition to work with the NHS and continued personal development.

I very much look forward to hearing from you!

Poppy is a great listener and holds me accountable as I asked her to. Her approach is teaching me about my thought patterns and helping to reduce my anxiety. Thank you
