I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado. I have achieved over eight years of professional work within community agencies and private practice. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, grief-loss, stress, anxiety, addictions and life changes. I am certified in trauma recovery and grief counseling.
My passion is to support, guide and empower individuals in times of need. I commend individuals who make the decision to begin counseling, it requires a lot of strength and courage. I believe counseling is teamwork, the client should never feel alone their journey!
My true joy derives from helping individuals to become the greatest, most authentic version of themselves. I use treatment approaches tailored to fit the client, each person is unique.
