About me

Over the last decade, I have supported clients through uncertainty, devastating loss, and unimaginable hardships. Taking each experience in stride through therapy, has created lasting change for clients, and for myself. Personally, I also have known deep loss, emotional suffering, and have moved through what seemed like unending darkness. Humbled by the journey, I offer a place for fellow travelers to reset, refocus, and forge a path forward with a new set of skills and understanding. To accumulate evidence-based counseling skills, I earned a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Texas-San Antonio. Additionally, I hold a Master's in Business Administration from University of Texas- Rio Grande Valley. With a well rounded educational foundation, I am fluent in addressing challenges across various walks of life.

Grief is a universal burden that we all must carry at some point in our lives. Just like any heavy load, things can quickly feel unbalanced, putting goals at risk, interrupting progress, or shutting you down all together. You are not alone, and this is not just "all in your head." Finding a soft place to land, where its safe to say what you are thinking and feeling, is important for healing and growth after life's traumas have touched your life. Therapy can be that place.

I offer you a safe space, and provide you with compassion, validation, and education. Trauma is a complex set of symptoms that can make sense when we apply the best fitting lens for your personal situation.

Anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other conditions can complicate coping, making it challenging to move forward with confidence. Your unique experiences are welcome here.

Feeling lost with no one to turn to who understands can prolong personal suffering. Its time to face what is driving you towards unhealthy coping habits, toxic relationships, and situational conflict. When you are ready, I invite you to access your strengths through therapy.

Priscilla is, without a doubt, the best therapist I’ve ever had. I only wish I had found her sooner! She’s an incredible listener who not only validates my feelings and concerns but also gently challenges me to grow. She is kind, reminds me of my strengths, and I never feel judged in her presence. What truly sets Priscilla apart is her openness and honesty about her own experiences, which creates a sense of connection and trust. Her responses to my messages are always thoughtful, thorough, and insightful. She also shares helpful resources that are directly relevant to my needs and incorporates meaningful examples, quotes, and metaphors into our conversations. Her wisdom seems effortless, yet it’s always impactful. Priscilla consistently goes above and beyond, making therapy feel like a conversation with a trusted friend while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and care she provides. She’s truly exceptional!
