Qiana is really warm and down to earth. My sessions are like talking to a good and close girlfriend but with useable tools to the "girlfriend" advise. She listens to my issues and offers multiple options that would fit my personality. I've enjoyed my sessions with Qiana and I think she's an asset to the BetterHelp team.
