About me

Hello, my name is Quanta’. I understand that life can be challenging at times and you may be experiencing some difficulties right now. You may not be able to see the light at the end of tunnel. You may even feel perplexed about your feelings or the things that’s going on around you right now. You may think that you are alone and no one understands. I also understand the fear and anxiety of reaching out for help. I am here to help lighten your load and to help turn your ashes into beauty. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Central Florida and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have been in the helping profession for 15 years. I have worked with adolescents and adults from all walks of life struggling with a wide range of concerns. I have extensive experience with individuals with both addiction and mental health issues in outpatient and residential settings. I am passionate about helping others break free from their challenges and take back their hope, self-esteem, self-worth, and happiness to redevelop a meaningful lifestyle.

I believe that each individual is different and has what it takes within to make the necessary life changes. My approach to counseling is person-centered and involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques needed to ensure that our work together is effective. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship that is trustworthy and nonjudgmental. It is important for me to be able to gain full understanding of your thoughts and feelings; therefore, creating a safe space filled with empathy, compassion, acceptance, and respect to help aid in effectively navigating through the process of inner healing is imperative. I seek to empower clients in achieving desired goals and improving their overall quality of life. Seeking therapy is the first step towards your healing process.

My role is to guide and support you in building the skills and confidence necessary in reaching desired goals. The process may not be easy but if you stay patient and committed it will be WORTH it in the end.

I look forward to meeting you and extending a helping hand along your journey of newly found freedom!

Sincerely,
Quanta’ Glover, LMHC

Words can’t describe how much she has helped me over these years. I would never think I’d beat my crippling Aniexty, that effected me so deeply, I wouldn’t even leave the house, eat or go to school. She got me through it. Or should I say, she taught me how to get myself through it all. Truly blessed to call her my counselor

Quanta is an absolutely amazing and beautiful soul. She truly cares about her patients and will continuously reach out to you to make sure you’re ok. Even when I’m not responsive, she will go out of her way to send me inspirational quotes or helpful information. When we have our sessions, she is patient, kind, and understanding. Truly lucky to have her as my therapist!
